Each association has similar needs when it comes to purchasing goods and services.  We all want to get the best quality for the best price.  We understand the value, benefits and importance of evaluating Vendors.  Some vendors are “fuzzy” on how they define what their services actually cover.  Sometimes what they say sounds good until you dig a little deeper.  We also understand there are not enough hours in the day to complete this task.  Our objective is to do the digging for you, we are looking to:

  1. Provide a tool to make it easier for Associations to evaluate servicers.  To show a side-by-side comparison of apples to apples to help assure you are making informed decisions.
  1. Take advantage of the potential buying power of the entire Inverrary Association to negotiate the largest services for the lowest prices.

To do this we will create a Request for Proposal document and issue it to multiple vendors of a particular goods or service.  Once completed, we will make the results available here for all associations to review.  With this gained information, each association will still have to contact and retain bids from the vendors.

The types of services that can be researched is virtually unlimited.  This website will categorize and organize the results for things like:

  • Construction
  • Electrical
  • Internet Access
  • Landscaping Services
  • Legal Services
  • Mechanical
  • Office Supplies
  • Plumbing
  • Pool Services
  • Security Services
  • Telephone
  • Television

In addition this site will allow users to request research to be done on a service.  Service requests made via the Service Research Request form will be reviewed by the board, once approved the research will begin and results posted as response time expires.

This service is on hold right now and will not begin researching service providers until after the completion of the individual association websites.

We have however, completed the research for the Cable service providers.  You can review the results by clicking the Research Results Completed link below.
