Steven Lempera, the president of Future Environmental, paid $25.5 million for a waterfront mansion in Coral Gables – the most expensive deal in the city since 2017. ICB Properties of Miami, managed by Petro Plus Overseas President Vincent Miclet, sold the 14,000-square-foot mansion at 41 Arvida Parkway in Gables Estates. A restaurant at an Art Deco hotel has been revamped thanks to a collaboration with a celebrated South Florida chef. The Traymore at the Como Metropolitan Miami Beach hotel has reopened after a 10-month redesign.
