Equestrian estate in Palm Beach sold for $23M

A company managed by Nathan Ward, a founder and co-managing general partner of Palm Beach Capital in West Palm Beach, sold a 62.1-acre equestrian estate in Wellington for $23 million. PBC Polo Properties, managed by Ward, sold the property at 4370 South Road to Park Place Polo Fields Corp., managed by John A. Simmonds in Plano, Texas. It has 36,947 square feet of equestrian buildings and a field designed for polo practices or hunter/jumper sports. The property last sold for $17.1 million in 2017.…
