A company managed by Invenergy CEO Michael P. Polsky sold a mansion in Bal Harbour for $24 million, a record price for a single-family home in the city. The 11,700-square-foot home at 224 Bal Bay Drive was sold by 9425 Miami Real Estate LLC, managed by Polsky in Chicago, to Miami-based US PLO 224 LLC. Fashion industry CEO sells Bal Harbour mansion for $12M (Photos)

Alan Zelcer, the CEO of menswear fashion group Isaco International, and Ruth Zelcer, his wife and the VP of merchandising, sold their Bal Harbour mansion for $12.2 million. The 12,000-square-foot home at 88 Bal Bay Drive was acquired by 88 Bal Bay LLC, managed by Boca Raton-based PG Law. It's not clear who ultimately owns the LLC. The home has six bedrooms, 7.5 bathrooms and a staff quarters. The master suite measures 2,700 square feet with separate his-and-hers bathrooms and walk-in closets. It…

Cannabis brand Bhang will begin trading on the Canadian Stock Exchange (CSE) under the ticker BHNG on July 11. The Palms at Town and Country in Miami revealed four new tenants that will take up a combined 12,800 square feet at the open-air mall in the Kendall neighborhood.
