The Realtors of the Palm Beaches and Greater Fort Lauderdale announced a merger with the South Broward Board of Realtors, which has 1,500 realtor members. The members of both associations voted in favor of the merger. It will bring the larger association up to 33,000 members, making it the third-largest realtor association in the U.S. It also gives it complete jurisdiction of the MLS listings in Broward County, and also controls the majority of MLS listings in Palm Beach and St. Lucie counties.…
